Uno de los procedimientos b\u00e1sicos normalizados para facilitar las entregas transfronterizas con veh\u00edculos de carretera es el&nbsp;<strong>Cuaderno TIR&nbsp;<\/strong>Procedimiento: explicamos la finalidad del procedimiento y las formas en que pueden utilizarse los cuadernos TIR al realizar compras transfronterizas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una breve definici\u00f3n: \u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Cuaderno TIR?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El carn\u00e9 TIR es un&nbsp;<strong>procedimiento aduanero basado en la aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>que simplifica las formalidades que deben cumplirse en la circulaci\u00f3n internacional de mercanc\u00edas con veh\u00edculos de carretera.&nbsp;<\/li><li>A trav\u00e9s de la&nbsp;<strong>No imposici\u00f3n temporal de derechos de importaci\u00f3n para los env\u00edos en tr\u00e1nsito&nbsp;<\/strong>El comercio transfronterizo en los pa\u00edses participantes en el acuerdo se ver\u00e1 considerablemente facilitado.<\/li><li>El Convenio TIR de 14.11.1975 ha sido aceptado por todos los pa\u00edses de la UE y otros 60 pa\u00edses de fuera de la UE.<\/li><li>Transporte con el documento aduanero del Cuaderno TIR&nbsp;<strong>se transportan bajo precinto aduanero<\/strong>.
