Klueber Klüberoil GEM 1-100 N Gear Oil 20L

Klüberoil GEM 1-100 N is a fully synthetic high-performance oil specifically developed for the lubrication of gear drives, particularly for spiral bevel gears. It is also suitable for circulating lubrication systems where high performance is required. Its formulation is based on a combination of polyalphaolefins (PAO) and ester oils, providing excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance. This results in an extended service life of the lubricant and reduced maintenance effort. The oil offers outstanding wear protection and good emergency running properties, even under extreme operating conditions such as high loads and low temperatures. Klüberoil GEM 1-100 N is miscible and compatible with mineral oils and other PAO-based synthetic oils; however, a complete changeover is recommended for optimal performance. It is particularly suitable for applications in the food machinery industry, chemical industry, and general mechanical engineering, where high reliability and protection against corrosion are required.
