The Bürkert Type 8177 is an ultrasonic level sensor for non-contact measurement of liquids and bulk solids. It is suitable for process containers with challenging environmental conditions. The device features a robust plastic housing and a G 2 cable connection. Measurement data evaluation is digital, and the output is available as a 4-20mA current signal or optionally via fieldbus.
