The Bjbinder Magnetic Pulleys are designed for the continuous removal of ferrous parts from bulk material flows. They are mounted at the end of a conveyor belt in place of a standard drive pulley. The pulleys consist of powerful magnets that capture falling ferrous parts as the conveyor belt passes and deposit them behind the pulley, outside of the bulk material flow. Specifications: Diameter 130mm, Width 250mm, Shaft Diameter 12mm. Areas of application include the food, pharmaceutical, recycling, and chemical industries, where product purity is critical.
