The twelve steps
- 01
3D tour · How we work
The journey of your spare part.
Follow your part through our process: from the inquiry all the way back into your plant.
- 02
Customer · Downtime
One part is missing. Everything stops.
Production is waiting for a single spare part. And that very part may no longer be manufactured.
- 03
Customer · Inquiry
Tell us your part.
Send us the part number, the model designation or a description. By phone, by e-mail or via our contact form.
- 04
KTB office · Your partner
One partner instead of many.
Instead of coordinating many suppliers yourself, you have one single partner with us. Call us or send us a message.
- 05
KTB office · Technical clarification
A team clarifies exactly what is missing.
Our team clarifies the technical details and analyses suitable suppliers. If a part is no longer manufactured, we look for technically equivalent alternatives.
- Supplier analysis
- Technical clarification
- 06
Suppliers · Inquiry
One inquiry. Many suppliers.
We search our worldwide supplier network and request quotes from several suppliers in parallel. Our multilingual team bridges language and cultural barriers.
- 07
Suppliers · Quote and order
We choose the right supplier.
We obtain quotes from different suppliers and choose the optimal one. Your priorities decide: cost, delivery time or environmental footprint.
- 08
KTB warehouse · Inspection and labelling
Every part is carefully inspected.
The goods come directly to our own central warehouse. There we check quality and quantity and label them. That way, only complete, inspected parts reach you.
- 09
KTB warehouse · Consolidation
Many parts. One shipment.
We combine individual shipments into compact deliveries. This saves transport costs and effort.
- 10
KTB logistics · Shipping
By air, sea or land.
We handle the complete export and customs process. So your part reliably reaches its destination.
- 11
Customer · Back in operation
Your part has arrived. Your plant is running again.
Inspected, labelled and complete. And we continue to support you after the purchase.
