The Beckhoff KL2552 is an EtherCAT terminal for controlling DC motors. With two independent channels, it allows for the control of two motors or one bidirectional motor. The terminal is designed for operating voltages up to 50 VDC and delivers a maximum current of 5 A per channel. Integrated diagnostic functions and configurable protection circuits ensure robust operation and protect both the terminal and the motor.
