The Balluff BES-M08EH-PSC15B-S04G is an inductive standard proximity switch with an M8 round thread and a 4-pin M12 connector. It detects metallic objects contactlessly over a range of 15 mm. The switching output is PNP, configured as a normally open (NO) contact. The switching hysteresis is less than 10% of the switching distance. The supply voltage ranges from 10 to 30 V DC, with a no-load current consumption of less than 10 mA.
